Can I access the recording on i-tunes?

Presently i-tunes do not have our recording but this should be available soon!

Isnt it too early to be introducing concepts of 'self esteem" to our children?

Absolutely not. The messages are simple and family based...eg "Who loves me?" "I'm so lucky..." We feel the earlier these seeds are planted, the more grounded and happy our children will become.

Does the CD help the child to get off to sleep?

We have found that, not only does it induce a nice relaxed atmosphere at bedtime, but it provides a ritual for this time of day, that can, in itself, provide a lovely sense of security for the child. I still use track 9 and 10 to get to sleep!!!
